SESSION TWO
Digital De-Clutter your Mind
Over the past 10-15 years there has been a new form of clutter taking a hold of people. Digital Clutter..
Now, more than ever, we are able to live our entire lives from home. We can work, shop, play, communicate, meet, learn, workout from the comfort of our own home. We can even tell the entire world our every thought and broadcast them in real time on something called ‘Social’ Media.
In this Workshop, Lee will talk about Social Media, Mobile Phones, Emails & Devices. How he
deleted all Social Media accounts 4 years ago (personally & for his business). He will also talk about how he deleted Safari/Emails from his Phone & discuss some tips on how you can minimise the amount of Digital Clutter you may be experiencing.
Lee says that minimising the amount of time he spends in the Digital World has 100% helped clear his mind, help him focus & enjoy the real world even more.

SESSION THREE
An introduction to mindfulness – A journey of awareness
The mind is probably the most powerful & least understood aspect of life for most humans.
Many of us just take for granted that we have one & it therefore works well across time & situations. When you realise the prime objectives are not always in our best interests & neither are the programmes & behaviours that create our lives & also that we can actually have a huge impact on the architecture that is responsible for who we are, the fun begins.
No longer are you the random passenger on a train you hope is going somewhere nice. You are the director of your own story & get to create from choice, rather than be the victim of your reactions & well-rehearsed habitual responses. We will look at what creates who we are, how to better understand & manage anxiety, reframing fear & also how words can have a huge impact on us & how this reflects what we have created as the person who is here today.
