This weeks blog is mostly about the charity that I have decided to work with in the build up to Hell and Back.

I am proud to say that I will be raising money for Brainwaves NI. Brainwaves NI is dedicated to providing support and information to all those affected by a brain tumour: patients, their families, friends and carers.

This charity is very close to us at PTI.

THIS WEEKS TRAINING

Monday 28th March

Running  – Total 3km – Solitude Park

Step Work – 2 Steps at a time/3 Steps at a time/Sprints

Box Jumps

25 Incline Press Ups, 15 Inverted Rows, 10 Dips

Throughout the Day – Handstand

 

Wednesday 30th March 

Running – 2.8km – Solitude Park

Step Work – 2 Steps at a time/3 Steps at a time/Sprints

Box Jumps

26 Incline Press Ups, 16 Inverted Rows, 11 Dips

Throughout the Day – Handstand

 

Thursday 31st March

Swimming – Banbridge Leisure Centre

20 Lengths of the Pool – 400metres in total – Mixture of Front Crawl and Breaststroke

 

Friday 1st April

Mobility Training – Primal Strength and Movement Lisburn

Once again I trained in this awesome new facility to focus on my mobility and agility. I am really noticing a big difference by spending a one hour session every 2 weeks on just how my body moves.

 

12 Weeks to go until Hell and Back and this is the stage where I have planned to seriously increase my volume of training and also start some new activities that I haven’t done in years.
