Introduction & content
The fitness industry is booming and as a coach and facility having a product that stands out is key. In this course we look at all elements that should be considered when planning your Small group Personal Training.
Each coach will watch a series of 4 online workshops and complete 1 final assessment in the form of an MCQ. Upon completion of the course each coach will have receive a folder with templates to help create their SGPT course.
What will be offered:
Practical skills to apply the knowledge learned.
Templates – Lesson plans and The Annual Training Plan that includes a skeleton annual training plan, metabolic and strength parameters and practical examples.
Who Is It For:
Coaches of all levels who wish to expand their knowledge, and guidance in the design their own product for small group Personal Training, 1-1 Personal training or a gym based program. Head coaches in charge of developing gym programs. Gym owners to create or update existing offerings.
